The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to any opened containers and packets other than the products specifically referenced above. No exceptions.

To request a refund or exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us by phone, toll-free 1-866-428-9027 or CO 1-732-966-4498 during regular business hours, 11am–4pm Mountain Time, or by email. Briefly explain to us your reason/s for requesting a return or exchange—we can serve you better if we understand the reason/s for your request. Return the items to the address described below.

After we receive the return, approved refunds will be processed via the payment method used to make the initial purchase, minus shipping costs as described above.

Damaged items: To be eligible for a replacement item you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery of the shipment containing the damaged item/s. DO NOT DISCARD ANY DAMAGED ITEMS. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any damaged item if we are not notified within the said twenty-four (24) time period.

Incorrectly ordered product/s
If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours after placing the order. To qualify for a refund: do not open the box, refuse the delivery. Once the package and products are returned to us in good condition, we will process a refund, less our shipping costs. If the box is opened prior to returning it, please understand the “chain of custody” is lost, therefore we will not accept the product back nor will we refund the customer. Chain of custody is a process used to track the movement of food items from the time they are manufactured until they reach the consumer. It’s an important part of food safety, as it ensures that the product has been handled correctly and meets all regulatory standards. .

Incorrect Products Received: If you receive an item other than the item you ordered, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the incorrect item/s.

Before returning any item/s to us, you must contact us for instructions. Opened items are not returnable except as described above under the 30-Day Money-back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice.

After a return has been received by us, we will promptly issue the refund, minus associated shipping costs—shipping and handling charges (inbound and outbound) are non-refundable. When repackaging, carefully re-package the product—you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
